Having the exact same problem. It's driving me insane.

    Jakxx just fixed it on my machine a few minutes ago.  Disabled bitlocker and Uninstalled Malwarebytes.  Did the trick. Then re-enable bit locker on boot and reinstall MB.  Seems one of the two were causing issues.
