Tried to install Win11 again yesterday. It seems like the issue is with the Microsoft Exchange connection. There was one new thing though, yesterday Skype got connected to the Internet.
- Issue solved. I deleted the CriptoPro app (used in Russia for electronic signatures) and re-installed it
