Windows 11 Insider KB5029352 prevents multi displays

Every single time I auto update with KB5029352 (10.0.22631.2199), I lose all abilities to run multi displays (and windows will not detect a single display after update).  I can roll back the update and get my displays back.  I have tried to turn off insider program but it won't take until a major update point.  This is very much a problem.  I can toggle easily with this update.  I have tried everything to get it to work when installed but absolutely no luck.  Any thoughts?
