Windows 11 Home OEM upgrade to Windows 11 Pro License via Microsoft Store App

Hi, will the license be transferrable(*if the laptop gets destroyed/lost) to other computer if I upgrade the Windows 11 Home OEM to Windows 11 Pro via Microsoft Store App?
