Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 27723.rs_prerelease.241004-1602 lag& glitches
Ever since I updated to Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 27723.rs_prerelease.241004-1602 my built in laptop speaker has been staticy and audio has been out of sync, such as lips not being synced up on YouTube videos for example. This hasn't happened until this update and it's not an internal hardware issue cuz I checked this is definitely just an issue with this update.

Your issue with staticy audio and lip-sync problems after updating to the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 27723 is likely related to a bug or driver compatibility issue introduced by that specific build. Insider Preview builds are pre-release versions that can sometimes cause hardware or software glitches.
In the Settings under Update History, locate and uninstall the preview update with build number 27723.
