Windows 11 freezes completely when opening any browser even after re install

I have recently started having the problem of the entire pc freezing when i open any of my browsers. At first I thought it was only a Google chrome issue like when it randomly closes and stops respon...

the only thing I found that helps is to close the web browser turn it on then back off hdr in settings then the web browser will work for a while

    Alt-Crlt-Delete , does not work in getting computer unfrozen. Computer starts fine, then when the opening screen comes on the computer freezes and login does not appear. Started the machine in boot mode, sign-in screen appears with cursor for a second then neither keyboard or mouse cursor work. 
    Computer won’t return to previous restore points. 

    Is there anything that works other than the various choices of reimagining the machine?

      I resolved the issues if windows and chrome browser freezing after windows updates in Windows 11.

      I totally uninstalled Chrome browser.

      I disabled Microsoft Edge browser from running in the back ground

      I disabled Edge from starting when logging onto windows

      I disabled all settings in teh Edge browser

      I reboored my PC

      I got the stand alone installer for Google Chrome and installed.

      I set Chrome as default

       

      So far I have had no issues with windows freezing now, or chrome browser freezing, or hanging.

      However, I have not fired up Edge yet. Will see if it occurs again after starting Edge manually.
