Windows 11 Folder View Bugs

Folders on removable drives in Windows 11 are all stuck at type General items and on fixed drives, File Explorer refuses to set the folder type to anything other than what it automatically discovers.

Note: The program StartAllBack fixes this issue (as long as StartAllBack remains installed), but we should not have to install a third party program to eliminate this bug.
