Windows 11 fan spins wildly during standby

When the laptop is in idle standby mode, it often abruptly shifts from quiet operation to full-speed fan rotation. However, routine checks in Task Manager reveal no high-resource processes. Upon occasionally opening Task Manager and observing without interaction, a suspicious process appears when the fan activates.
