Windows 11 Explorer Submenu Problem

After updating to the new Explorer in Windows 11, right-click no longer generates a submenu. Instead, it reverts to a menu similar to that of Windows 10.

In addition, there are issues with the disorderly arrangement of items in Explorer, as well as the problem of Ctrl+C not functioning properly.
