Windows 11 Enterprise - No Valid Digital License

My Surface Book 3, which I purchased through Microsoft and was pre-installed with Windows 10 Enterprise, recently updated to Windows 11. Initially, it upgraded to Windows 11 Home. Subsequently, it upgraded (assuming through an update) to Windows 11 Enterprise. However, now it says the OS cannot be validated because I do not have a valid product key. 

Any thoughts on a resolution?
