Have you installed the latest update for Windows?
Did you observe this behavior since you installed the Windows 11 or it happened recently?
Try restart your Phone and PC and try again.

- This issue has been there for many months (more than an year). During this time, switched devices, tried different Windows versions, now on latest Developer Preview build. Switched phones too. Nothing fixed this issue.
