This is Microsoft documentation - only enrollment in the Insider Program ensures the original installation of Windows11.
I propose to start with the Beta channel - the installation then is simple and automatic, after enabling the transmission of full diagnostic data - to improve it!

Some colleagues have used this site before without issues but I would recommend doing this via Windows updates instead.
