Windows 11 doesn’t support my CPU ?
I have an older Threadripper CPU and I am unable to upgrade to Windows 11.
With the end of security updates to Windows 10 happening next October just wondering if that means I should anticipate having to buy a new CPU?
Or continue on Windows 10 without security updates?

To check if your CPU is supported, you can use Microsoft's PC Health Check tool, which will inform you about compatibility. If your CPU is indeed unsupported, your options are limited: you might consider upgrading to a newer processor that meets the requirements or continue using Windows 10, as Microsoft will support it until October 14, 2025. Additionally, if you're determined to run Windows 11, you could look into workarounds, such as modifying installation media to bypass hardware checks, though these methods may violate Microsoft's Terms of Service and aren't recommended for stability or security reasons.
