Windows 11 displays a black screen with an error after the login screen.
The system displays a spinning circle on the login screen for an extended period before going black and showing an error message. This issue has occurred twice within the past year (most recently in December). A permanent solution is required.

Create a new local administrator account in Safe Mode and check for corrupted system files or drivers.
Did you find a solution? I'm having the same issue and I'm stuck too.
Restart your PC, and force shutdown when Windows logo appears, repeat 3 times to trigger Automatic Repair.
Navigate to Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, then choose Safe Mode.
