windows 11 dev channel is not installing

I have bought a new Alienware laptop X15 R2 (12th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-12700H)) when I try to install using windows update the Dev channel, but it is not installing the Dev channel. I have even used the dev channel on my earlier laptop

    Hi, if the in-place update fails - then the second step is a clean installation of Windows - which will remove the manufacturer's programs .because this can cause problems.
