How to move the taskbar to the top:
Open the registry editor and paste this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3
in the navigation bar
Find setting and open it to change 03 to 01 in the fifth column of the second row.
After completion restart your computer.
If you want to move the taskbar to the side, there should be no solution at the moment.
