Windows 11 Black Border Around Settings Buttons
On my new Windows 11 PC, some settings buttons (like WiFi) get a black border that disappears after refreshing. Seeking the cause and fix.
Update your graphics card drivers and disable the ‘Always show scroll bars’ option in Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects.
