Windows 11 Automatic Updates Won’t Turn Off, Keeps Rebooting

Disabling Windows Updates permanently means your PC will not receive security patches. This leaves your system vulnerable to viruses, malware, and security exploits . If you proceed, make it a habit to manually check for critical security updates every few months.

 It tells Windows Update, "Do not automatically check for or install updates." However, if you click "Check for updates" manually, Windows might still try to override this.

The automatic updates can't be turned off completely, IMO.
