Windows 11 After setting SDR brightness to match HDR, does it still look the same?

In Windows 11's HDR settings, if I adjust the SDR content brightness slider to match the HDR level, will SDR content still display normally? Will it cause overexposure or color issues?

    You can simply use the system's recommended HDR calibration tool to fine-tune the settings, though I think the default settings work well for me.

    After adjusting the SDR brightness slider to a value similar to that of HDR, SDR content will still display normally, though it may appear slightly overexposed. We recommend using the system’s recommended HDR calibration tool to fine-tune the settings.
