Windows 11 25951 Installed Successfully But....

The Weather Widget is posting windows on top of windows.  Set Microsoft Edge as Default did not fix the issue this time around.  Still getting the white Icons on Desktop Issue.  Can fix by hitting Refresh but continues to plague me on every startup.  Will continue to diagnose and try to find a fix and post online once I solve it.  The Widgets are not able to be moved around  and positioned to other locations.

    It seems that my widgets are working again. I uninstalled and then reinstalled and then I set Microsoft Canary Edge to Default. Took a bit of time but it amazingly worked all of a sudden.
