Windows 11 24H2 Beta and Release Preview channels are grayed out.

Device: Dell Precision 5550 System Version: Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.5074) The Beta Channel and Release Preview Channel options in Windows Update are unexpectedly grayed out and unavailable.
