Windows 11 2200.466 insider saving files from apps takes minutes

is this the good forum ? it takes minutes waiting for saving a file from an app ,it took a second in the past, even little text files ypou get the waiting sign forever. i have networkdrives which ar not attached, is windows looking for them for minutes ?
