Windows 11 - Suggestive Context Menu

Hi all,
I went ahead and posted this on the feedback hub as well but was doing a quick write up after discussing with the team about an implementation of the right click context menu.

Idea:
Right click context menu is suggestive based off the most used action/customizable. For example, if I often scan files, I could pin this to the main right click menu instead of right clicking -> more options -> scan threat. This further can be expanded to other items that are often used while keeping the standard options (Copy, Paste, Cut, View, Sort, properties, etc). This was customizable in Windows 10 using regedit keys to add to the context menu (works in windows 11 as well) but would be nice to customize based on preference.
