Windows 10 will not shutdown or sleep
I have updated all drives with snappy driver install And turn off the setting than stops you sleeping while sharing files Power Profile is balanced

I suggest you force Windows update, if it does not help then hard reset - hold down the power button for 10 seconds and then restart your computer 🙂

- what do you mean force windows update?
- Check for available updates in the Windows Update settings.
If optional ones are available then download and install them.
