Windows 10 Safe Search returns back to the moderate after every Windows insider fast ring build

Windows 10 Safe Search returns back to the moderate after every Windows insider fast ring build I have to set it back to Off every time. I obviously don't need moderate but for some reason Windows 10 reverts that option in the Windows settings back to moderate. has been happening for the past 2 months.
