windows 10 pro insider build 17025.rs_prerelease.171020-1626 does not see my DVD drive

Rebooted, shut down, reseated cables. BIOS sees it. Device manager does not see it.     Installed this build with the DVD drive, then nothing.   Suggestions?   Thanks.
