Windows 10 on ARM

Hello,   i have a Mac with M1 and want to use Windows 10. So my problem is, that I can only download the Windows 11 on ARM insider Program. Is there any possibility to use Windows 10 on ARM?

I was able to download the Windows 10 ARM version, but it's the Preview. I could share this installer.
