Windows 10 Insider Preview 18936.1000 update BSOD Driver overran stack buffer

I have an issue upgrading to Windows 10 Insider Preview 18936.1000. I am getting DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER BSODs. Strangely I don't have any Minidumps in C:\Windows to investigate the root cause.

 

Could somebody please help to solve the issue?

    I had the same problem but i solved it by first uninstalling "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" and then reboot.

    Try the update and it worked in my case. Have a feeling that this Intel RST is the problem with the updates because I had another 2 identical cases and same solution... :/
