Since you moved the drive from another PC, there might be residual drivers or system configs causing conflicts. Sometimes, a clean reinstall of Windows (or at least a repair install) helps clear out driver conflicts and hardware mismatches. If the problem persists after all this, a fresh install might be the cleanest way to go.
