Windows 10 Defender Offline Scan Does Not Respond to Clicks
In the “Virus & Threat Protection” section of Windows Security, after clicking the “Offline Scan” option, the resulting save dialog (or other related interface) becomes completely unresponsive (no processes, no error messages), preventing the scan from starting. Please provide a fix.
