Windows 10 C Drive Activity Persists at 100%
The C drive (system drive) shows 100% sustained activity in the Disk performance section of Task Manager, causing severe system lag and extremely long response delays. Standard troubleshooting steps (such as ending high-resource processes and running disk checks) have been attempted, but the issue persists for several hours without resolution. We require targeted root cause analysis and urgent mitigation solutions.

Check the SSD makers website for a tool and check if there's a firmware update available for it , I had constant 100% disk usage with my new 500gb Kingston ssd and an update solved it.
