Windows 10 Bluetooth not Available on This Device

I am well aware of the given support portal (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-bluetooth-problems-in-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c), the assistance and guidance offered is regrettably not sufficient to address this complex matter.

Aligned to my post, advanced support is prerequisite, technical expertise beyond the norm.  Literally days of research and endeavour have gone into trying to sorted this out.  Unfortunately Windows 10 brings with it even further disparities such as hibernate / sleep functionality which simply don't work as they should.

Other problems include VBA macros developed in Excel 2013 and which now don't work as they should in Excel 2021.  Whilst the bulk of the challenges have been conquered some remain without comprehension as to how they may eventually be overcome.

If therefore there are any folks out there who have experienced similar issues with Windows 10 and Office 2021 and have been able to resolve them, that would be the kind of assistiance of most value, thank-you in anticipation!
