ScarapuceI dont think there's a french version of the ISO. I have Installed it in a Virtual machine and while installing and selecting the language to Filipino (my native language), you can see there is alot of languages you can choose from. While installing, you can change to any language available in the dropbox.

  They're is something like "terminal" on te screen.
  Must I do something with the boot choice ?

    Have you ever tried UTM? Parallels is trash because it cannot emulate x86_64 while UTM can, but emulating it is slower. And also a much harder installation because you have to install drivers using CMD.
