window 11 issue

i have updated to window 11 and using for 1 month now when i start my laptop task bar icon is not showing and when i move mouse to task bar area its loading even screen icon is also not working some time chrome work

    I solved this problem by
    1."CTRL+SHIFT+ESC" to open Task Manager
    2.Click on "File" on the Upper left corner
    3.Click on "Run new task" and enter "control"
    4.Find "Clock and Region" to set the time to after 2021/09/04 and turn off "synchronize time"
    5.Restart
