Window 10 Insider Program

Hey guys, I got a problem in windows insider. I wanna get started my windows insider to updates my laptop and it shows that there was something went wrong(error code: 0x0) and I go to microsoft webside to search for the solution. I followed all the steps that he given and I try again and now shows that aren't able to talk to service. Can anyone help pls.
