Win key not working on Windows laptop
The Win key suddenly stopped working. Upon checking, I found that the nowinkeys file or configuration did not exist in the system-related folder. How can I restore the Win key function?

Check for stuck keys or keyboard shortcuts. This is the most frequent cause. Certain key combinations can lock the Win key.
Press Win + L: This is the classic "Lock your PC" shortcut. Sometimes, the lock state can get confused. Pressing it again might unlock it.
Press Ctrl + Esc: This is a legacy key combination that performs the same function as the Win key (opens the Start Menu). If this works, it confirms your Win key is software-locked, not broken.
The Gaming Mode Key: Many modern keyboards have a "Game Mode" button (often an icon of a joystick or the letter 'G'). This mode deliberately disables the Win key to prevent accidental presses during games. Physically check your keyboard for this button and press it to toggle Game Mode off.
