Win 11 laptop won't detect headphones unless I restart

Hi. I have exact same Dell G15 with the exact same problem. I've also tried several things with no luck. I have to connect the headphone to headphone jack before starting the laptop. If disconnect the headphone, it does not detect it until I reboot the laptop. Did you find any solution to this?
