Will Windows 11 run well if My computer is old?

Taking the 'trolling/ragebait' into consideration, honestly, I think you could safely and patiently run Windows 10 if you could increase your RAM. For Windows 11 I'm running 32GB of RAM and it's still not as snappy as I'd like. I understand that memory is not cheap these days but that 4MB is the crux of your frustration. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
