Will my old GPUs run on Windows 11?
Hi all, so I have a reasonably sizeable collection of GPUs, most of which have driver support only up to Windows 10. Seeing as I will eventually have to upgrade all my systems to Windows 11, I was wondering if the latest Windows 10 graphics drivers for these cards would work on Windows 11 for games (not new games obviously, I mainly play older games)

Yes, most Windows 10 graphics drivers should work on Windows 11, as Windows 11 is built on the same core architecture as Windows 10. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Compatibility: While most drivers will work, some older drivers might not function perfectly. It's a good idea to check the manufacturer's website for any updates or compatibility information.
- Performance: Older games generally have fewer compatibility issues, but you might need to tweak settings or use compatibility mode to ensure they run smoothly.
- DirectX and .NET Framework: Ensure you have the necessary versions of DirectX and .NET Framework installed, as older games often rely on these.
- Community Patches: Look for community patches or fan-made updates that can improve compatibility and performance of older games on Windows 11.
