wifi panel cut off at top

When on the task bar. When clicking on either wifi, speaker, or battery icons. All bring up the the quick setting menu. The top half of the menu is cut off.

I understand, before any one else makes a statement, that the taskbar is not supported at the top of the screen. This is (in my opinion) the best place for my workflow.
