Wifi disconnects on startup.

Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

Procedure: restart PC > wait for the 2nd time it disconnects and will not reconnect > run Network Adaptor Troubleshoot
Result: Problem with wireless adapter or access point (Fixed)
Test: Restart > Wifi disconnected once and reconnected in 5 seconds.
Comment: This seems to be a common issue, I have multiple laptops that suffer from this issue.
I also ran a Windows Update Troubleshoot
Issue: Not getting the latest updates
Possible Cause: Restarting while downloading update 2 times.
Result: Detects issues related to Windows Update. (Detected)
