Widget versions
I have two systems both running the same version of Windows 11 Dev, webview2 and the widgets app but they have different widget boards. Any idea why?

This is the overwhelmingly most probable cause. Microsoft uses a technique called A/B testing (or controlled feature rollouts) extensively in Windows Insider builds, especially for user-facing features like the Widgets Board.
