You _could_ have malware on your device, the first thing they do is hide it from scanners and defender.
Apart from reinstalling your PC there is no cure. Try running netstat on the cmd line and check the IP addresses of the outgoing connections. First, shutdown ALL programs that may run in the background. Close your browser, mail, apps, etc. If the list of connections is still large, then you should get an anti-virus cleaning ISO, copy it to a bootable USB disk and reboot with that disk.
