Why the screen is stretching on 3840x2160?
The resolution is at the highest, and recommended still stretches it while having dead space. I am not sure what went wrong, it has never done this before on this setup. Build no. 26100.4484

Updating the graphics card driver also fixes the 4K resolution stretching issue by adjusting the display scaling in System Settings → System → Display.
