Why remote Desktop Connection not pulling in audio from local machine

I only heard system notifications' sound through rdp (trixie remmina - win11).
I'm not sure if step 2 (creating fDisableAudioCapture) was necessary, but after that and step 3, all my soundOverRdp issues were fixed.
