Why my GPU disappeared on my Lenovo laptop
It was also right after I updated windows?
I looked at my BIOS to maybe (hopefully) forcefully turn it on but it wasn't there either.
How do I fix this?

If your GPU is listed, right-click on it and select Update Driver. Choose to search automatically for updated driver software.
You pull the battery out of the back cover and discharge the battery then go to the official website and download the old driver.
After booting up, press Win+X→select Device Manager→scan for hardware changes.
Press F2 to reset BIOS and load the default settings→Disable 'Hybrid Graphics
