Why a white circle appears around windows icon when I power on my pc
Why this white circle appear around the window icon? Sometime ago it didn't come. When it came my laptop's keyboard malfunction. How to resolve it. Please someone guide me.

That just means it has the current keyboard focus. (It is still possible in 2025 to drive Windows without a mouse.
