Where to get started building Windows Volumetric Apps on Meta Quest?

Great to see the announcement at Build 2024 last year about Windows Volumetric Apps coming to Meta Quest (https://youtu.be/_r9em36n2b0?si=kepCFpDjQVuUhCs0&t=5567)  continued progress on the integration between Windows 11 and Meta Quest 3/S.   Unfortunately I've been unable to find any updates for developers to get started building volumetric apps (maybe a new volumetric api?).   Is there a place for a developer to get started building volumetric apps?
