When Windows 11 will support 7gen i7-7500U intel processcor
I have a 3-year-old Dell XPS 15 9560 with Intel I7 -7700 and running Windows 10. It was more or less a high-end laptop at the time I bought it. It cost around $2500. I think it is kind of strange that such a laptop cannot be upgraded to Windows 11.
I am really a fan of Dell and Windows and I have been working on Dell machines for three decades. But this - not being able to upgrade to W11 - really makes me consider moving to Apple MacBook for my next laptops.

HuibCity Have to say it makes sense to look at the big picture when you're faced with spending hard cash. I think a lot of folk will look at the new slimline Macs never mind macbooks. For many households it'll do what they need, tidily, and look good in the home. Seriously looking at how the bigger screen versions progress this year.

Just bought the wife one with the M1 chip, for Christmas. I'm using a HP Spectre x360 15" with a i7 - 7500. Not happy with MS for doing this.
