When i am in Firefox or actually any folder
When i am in a folder and am trying to get it to stay to view as i move around it changes by it self the only things i want to stay in large are photos and desktop all others i want in view is details but it keeps moving to otherthigs please help thank you this is on windows10 home.

If you want Desktop icons to always be large, just set the Desktop folder view to Large icons, then apply to all folders of that type as explained.
Sometimes, folder view settings are stored in the registry and can become corrupted. If issues persist, resetting folder views via registry tools or using a third-party utility designed for Windows customization might help, but proceed with caution.
Windows should remember your preferred views for Desktop, Photos, and other folders. It’s a bit of a manual setup, but once done, it usually sticks.
